Day 01: DEPARTURE FLIGHT
Depart on Excel Airways from Gatwick (South Terminal) overnight to Delhi.

Day 02: DELHI
On arrival, transfer to your hotel. Afternoon tour of New Delhi including Humayan’s Tomb & Qutub Minar.

Day 03: JAIPUR
After breakfast, drive to Jaipur (260 km/6 hours). Visit the City Palace Museum and the Jantar Mantar Observatory followed by a photo stop at the lovely Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds).

Day 04: RANTHAMBORE
After breakfast, drive to Ranthambore (165 km/ 4 hours). En route, visit Amber Fort, ascending the hill leading to the entrance atop an elephant. On arrival at Ranthambore, check in to your hotel.

Day 05: RANTHAMBORE
Early morning and evening game drives in Ranthambore National Park, accompanied by a naturalist.* Home to the rare and elusive tiger, the park also hosts chital, sambars and nilgai, jackals, panthers and other jungle cats.

Day 06: JAIPUR
Early morning jungle safari.* Drive to Jaipur, the ‘Pink City’ (165 km/4 hours).

Day 07: AGRA
Drive to Agra (235 km/5 hours) visiting the intriguing deserted red sandstone city of Fatehpur Sikri en route. On arrival, check in to your hotel. Day 08: DELHI
Visit the Taj Mahal, the magnificent monument to love, built by emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved queen. Continue to the impressive Agra Fort and return to your hotel via the local bazaar and the hustle and bustle of everyday India. Drive to Delhi (200 km/41/2 hours).
Day 09: RETURN
The morning tour of Old Delhi includes the Red Fort; Raj Ghat – the memorial site of the Mahatma Gandhi; Jama Masjid – the largest mosque in India; and Chandni Chowk market. Later, transfer to the airport for the daylight flight to Gatwick.
