Day 01: Arrive Cochin by flight . Transfer to Hotel Casino. Afternoon city sightseeing - Dutch palace, Synagogue Old fort Cochin area, St. Francis Church, Chinese Fishing Nets.

Day 02: Sightseeing of Ernakulam, including the visit to Parishath Thamburan Museum and the Museum of Kerala History of Edapally . Evening drive to Periyar. Check-in at Spice Village.

Day 03: Visit the Periyar Lake Sanctuary by boat. Evening free.

Somatheeram Beach Resort

Day 04: Drive to Trivandrum. On arrival check into Somatheeram Ayurvedic Beach Resort.

Day 05 - 08: Day free for relaxation and optional Ayurvedic Therapy/Yoga /Meditation. During your stay in Kovalam Beach you may take time off to visit the Kalari Martial Arts Gymnasium in Trivandrum or take a full day excursion to Kanyakumari.

Day 09: Leave for your final departure.

Therapy	Treatment
Rejuvenation Massage	This massage include whole body massage with herbal oil or herbal powder by hand and foot for 90 minutes. This is good for rejuvenating body, to reduce mental tension, sexual weakness, improve vitality.
Mukhalepam	This is a herbal face pack with specially made herbal powder and fresh cream. This prevents and avoids wrinkles and improve the skin tone. This is a one time massage.
General Massage	Body massage for 60 minutes with herbal oil or herbal powder by hand to tone up the body and to improve the blood circulation.
Medicated Steam Bath	Certain precious herbal leaves and herbs are boiled and the steam is passed to the whole body for 10-20 minutes. This is good for certain skin diseases, to eliminate impurities from the body, to improve the tone of the body, to reduce fat etc.
Yoga and Meditation	A stepwise, stage wise eight fold path to final liberation from pain and suffering. These steps progressively take us to the highest state of creativity, of discriminative knowledge and towards attaining the desired perfection.
