Day 1 Delhi -- Lucknow
In the morning you will be transferred to the airport to board your flight to Lucknow.

Receive assistance on arrival and check in to your hotel.

Rest of the day, spend at leisure amidst the cultural ambience of Lucknow.

Overnight at hotel.

Day 2 Lucknow
Today you will visit the Residency Complex – the site of the famous siege of 1857, Dilkusha Gardens and La Martinere.

Later, in the afternoon visit the monuments of Avadh Nawabs including the Imambaras and also explore the colorful bazaars of the city.

Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3 Varanasi (Benares)
This morning you will be on an interesting train-ride to Varanasi, probably the oldest living city in the world.

Have packed lunch while on the train journey and check in at the beautiful Taj Ganges on arrival, for a stay of two nights.

Day 4 Varanasi
An early morning boat-ride on the sacred Ganges will let you witness thousands of devotees immersed in prayer along the banks. This will be followed by a sightseeing tour of the holy city and Sarnath, the site of Buddha's first sermon. Later in the evening enjoy a cycle-rickshaw ride to the Ganges to witness the ceremonial worship or "aarti" on the riverbanks and return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 5 Varanasi -- Khajuraho
In the morning relaxed and transfer to airport to board flight to Khajuraho,

On arrival you will check in to your hotel with assistance.

In the afternoon visit the eastern group of Khajuraho Temples.

Overnight halt at hotel.

Day 6 Khajuraho -- Delhi
This morning enjoy a conducted tour of the western group of temples.

Finally, you will be transferred to the airport to board your flight back to Delhi.
